OVERVIEW In an effort to shine a light on feminine hygiene and start breaking taboos around the topic, Gynaguard wanted to find 3 powerful brand ambassadors to lead the charge of having bold conversations in this space.
We launched a country-wide search for 3 amazing women to advocate for both female empowerment in terms of being open about feminine hygiene and not feeling stigma or shame, and for the brand and it’s products, which are loved dearly by South African women.
The campaign performed amazingly and we received almost 10,000 entries despite a high barrier to entry to buy, try and review product. The conversations from our consumers online were inspiring, and women all around SA started speaking up, and speaking out.
